After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis in 1978, Dell returned home to attend the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1981, after which he began honing his litigation skills with the Office of the Jefferson District Public Defender.
Since entering private practice in 1988, Dell has championed the cause for injured individuals and their families, including injuries caused by defective products, in Kentucky State and Federal Courts. He served as Guardian Ad Litem in Jefferson Family Court for nearly twenty years where he advocated for the interests of abused and neglected children.
Dell has over two decades of experience representing injured workers and joined our firm in June 2016 after serving as an Administrative Law Judge for the Kentucky Department of Workers Claims. He is past chair of the Community Relations Council for the Jewish Federation of Louisville and a member of the Kentucky Bar Association (Workers Compensation Section), the Louisville Bar Association and the Kentucky Workers Association.
Dell also handles cases where injured workers are terminated or retaliated against by employers and recently received a jury verdict and settlement in Louisville for $292,000.
